PureTech Health plc (LSE:PRTC; NASDAQ:PRTC) said incoming CMO Julie Krop will oversee clinical development, regulatory, CMC and medical affairs for its wholly owned pipeline, spanning pulmonary disease, immuno-oncology, lymphatic and CNS disorders. Krop was CMO at gene therapy company Freeline Therapeutics Holdings plc (NASDAQ:FRLN).
Steven Galson, former director of FDA’s CDER, joined the board of AI discovery company Insilico Medicine Inc. Galson served in various roles at Amgen Inc. (NASDAQ:AMGN) for a decade, most recently as SVP for R&D. Galson is also professor-at-large at the Keck Graduate Institute for Applied Life Sciences, and served as acting U.S. surgeon general in 2007-09 and acting assistant secretary for health for six months in 2009. ...
