The morale crisis at FDA deepened Friday as HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. accused the agency of corruption, encouraged staff to report supervisors over approval decisions they oppose, endorsed conspiracy theories about the “deep state,” and said that in the 1960s the FDA was involved with CIA-funded mind-control studies.
