POSITION OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a HubSpot Sales Hub Administrator who excels in customer service and is eager to use technology, including Generative AI, to develop innovative business tools. Your experience should help you understand the needs of a subscription salesperson and bring solid skills in database and UI/UX design. As part of the BI and Revenue Operations team, you’ll also help develop business intelligence reports, automation workflows, and system integrations. You’ll create user stories, training guides, data policies, and system architecture diagrams. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams will be key to your role.
As our HubSpot Sales Hub Administrator, you’ll manage bug reports, prioritize enhancements, and maintain a product roadmap with the Head of Product. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help implement BioCentury’s new CRM, Hubspot Sales Hub.
- Collaborate with Subscription Sales, Conference Sales, Marketing, Product, IT and Engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration and user satisfaction.
- Ensure the delivered product aligns with business objectives.
- Address user inquiries, determine the root cause, facilitate problem resolution.
- Manage user roles and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
- Implement and enforce access controls based on organizational policies.
- Stay informed about CRM system updates and new features.
- Coordinate and execute system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Execute CRM data governance policies, data hygiene best practices, and routine data quality audits.
- Ensure seamless data flow between the CRM and other systems
- Develop and manage business intelligence reports, data validation rules, automation workflows (Operations Hub), and system-to-system integrations within BioCentury’s Revenue Operations System.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.
- Gather and document requirements from Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Business Intelligence.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Collect and prioritize bug reports and enhancement requests, maintaining a product backlog and working with the Head of Product to execute a strategic HubSpot Sales Hub roadmap.
- Oversee release management, including the preparation of end-user documentation and training materials.
- Provide Hubspot Sales Hub training and support to end-users.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience configuring and customizing HubSpot Sales Hub (or similar CRM).
- Strong understanding of database design and UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and other emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (user stories and features).
- Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new systems and technologies.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, best practices, and functionality.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
- Working understanding of data security and privacy regulations.
- Working understanding of data governance and management.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience building Hubspot CRMs for subscription sales businesses.
- Experience integrating Hubspot Sales Hub with other internal and external business tools.
- The ability to build BI reports and dashboards with PowerBI (or Tableau)
- Understands and uses SQL daily.
- Understands and uses Python weekly.
- Experience working in an Agile product development environment.

This is a full-time remote position and is not available in California, New York, or Washington.
